The week 8 VA/DC Player of the Week goes to senior Sean McCabe from St. John's. The Charleston commit got the start in game two of the WCAC championship and went the distance to lead the Cadets to another WCAC title. He only gave up one earned run in seven strong innings and struckout seven. It was typical McCabe fashion as he was effecient and got outs to get the Cadets another quality outing. The Cadets had a dominating year and McCabe was a important piece to the rotation throughout the spring.
