A recent top performer at the West Virginia Preseason All State event. Sondericker has a projectable frame for physical growth at 6 ’2 and 158.3 lbs. The physical characteristics of a starting pitcher, he also has the four pitch mix of a starting pitcher. A fastball up to 85 mph with some arm-side-run. His changeup has good depth and fade that allows for swings and misses. The slider and curveball combination have a fair amount of breakage that occurs tight and late. 

At the plate, he shows off his ability to rotate quickly. His 94.2 mph exit velocity and his 80.4 mph bat speed are a direct result of his rotational acceleration. Utilizes a high leg kick and a quick linear bat path. Consistently finds the barrel for loud contact.
