Each week throughout the high school season, we will announce the Prep Baseball Oregon Pitcher and Hitter of the Week, recognizing standout performances from across the state. With numerous players excelling both at the plate and on the mound, this award will be based on nominations submitted through our POTW Google Form.
Additionally, we will continue our Oregon Diamond Notes to highlight other deserving players nominated by coaches who were not selected as the Pitcher or Hitter of the Week.
This week's Pitcher of the Week is '25 RHP Ian Pollard (Rex Putnam).

Pollard wins Pitcher of the Week after an exceptional performance on the mound, going 7 innings of no-hit baseball in a victory last week. The senior allowed just two walks and no runs while striking out 8 batters. Pollard is a Prep Baseball Future Games alum and one of the top remaining uncommitted seniors in the state. |
