Cayden Stockbridge RHP / Penn High School, IN / 2026

From (4/15/25)

+ Stockbridge provided an excellent start for Penn, beating Carmel and coming one out away from a complete game. Stockbridge still earned the win, going (6.2) innings with (4) walks, (3) earned runs, (3) hits, and striking out (9) against a top-20 ranked foe. The projectable, 6-foot-2, 190 pounder pitched at 87-91 T 92 throughout the start, working mostly 88-90, and holding 87-90 into the 4th. I like the slider development best and it has turned into at least an above average offering that plays with swing-and-miss sweep at 78-81. He shows a bigger version of the pitch at 74-75, more of a land pitch, and his best OS offering in this look was an 82-83 change that played with fade, and he used to R/R and versus LHH. Stockbridge uses a more-methodical paced lift as he gets to a tall, inward turn, and then uncoils with a small uphill shoulder tilt and dynamic balance throughout. The arm is clean and there is easier intent shown. Walking away, the projectability still left and starters' profile are what I value most here. He has made steady gains over 3-plus years and more jumps are likely...

Jeremy Lowrey RHP / Harrison (West Lafayette), IN / 2026

From (3/18/25)

Frame: Young look with projection to the 6-foot-3, 190 pound frame. Delivery/Arm Action: Slower pace to a tall, even balance point. Subtle sink as he controls his move down the mound with well-timed, later intent. Recoil finish. Shorter arm path with looseness as on-time arm flips up in-sync. Stuff: Fastball played at 91-92 touching 93 with higher intent. 6'5" extension plays the fastball velocity even higher. Played catch using easy intent with secondaries, changeup shows plus upside with heavy armside fade at 80-81. Shorter, two-plane curveball spun in the 2100 range mostly. Shows above average control. Summation: Lowrey is another Future Games alum that exploded at this event with much-higher velocities than we saw from him in Atlanta last summer. He has added weight to his late-blooming, projectable frame that has paid dividends. There is real starters' upside with a solid track record of strikes & his above average control of three pitches should only elevate with maturity, as well. He used more intent than normal in this 'pen, especially with the fastball, normal given the nature of the event. Regardless, I expect Lowrey to hold 88-92 in game while he pitches with above average secondaries. RC's should be booking trips to Lafayette this spring before its too late...

Kobe Cherry RHP / Center Grove, IN / 2026

From (3/18/25)

+ Cherry is newly-released from injury and our look at him at the Preseason All-State came shortly after getting back on the mound after knee surgery. Cherry is a powerful, 6-foot-5, 270 pound righty armed with an 89-92 mph fastball that likely climbs even further as he gets back to full strength. He spun a slurvey-shaped, 78-80 mph breaking ball that spun in the 23-2400 range to tunnel off of the fastball, while also showing a low-to-mid 80s straight change. The delivery was a bit out of sync in this look, to be expected with him throwing so close to his release date, but the arm works in the same long, explosive, full arm action we saw previously.

Sam Gooch RHP / Greencastle High School, IN / 2026

From (3/16/25)

+ Gooch is a really interesting junior, ultra-athletic within a 6-foot, 170 pound frame. He sat 86-88 with athleticism present in a simple delivery. The arm is quick and he spun an abv avg slider for the age at 72-75 (2326 avg) that played with sweep. There was feel to kill spin (1401) on a fading 75-77 change but he slows a touch on it. In total, the athlete is what I like here - he is just coming off basketball so I expect this to be the basement of his velos for his this year, especially considering he was up to 90 last fall. He worked out as a position player prior, slinging 92 from short and 95 from the outfield, while also turning in a burner 30 yard split at 3.73, equivalent to around a 6.6-6.7 range in the 60. Gooch has a chance to polish further which adds to the upside, and he is one of the better uncommitted right-handers that Indiana's junior class has to offer.

Hayden Werner RHP / Fishers, IN / 2026

From (4/15/25)

+ Werner got the start for Fishers versus Fort Wayne Carroll and earned the win. He tossed four innings of one-run baseball, relying mainly on a fastball/slider combo. The heater touched 88 mph once early before settling in at 85-87 mph with 12” of horizontal movement and 12” of induced vertical break. He induced some swing-and-miss with a short, 75-78 mph (2100s) slider, however the overall command of the pitch was inconsistent at times in this look. Werner flashed a 80-81 mph changeup with some fading action. He lifts to a tall balance before moving down the slope with pace. The arm works loose on the backside to a ¾ slot. There's plenty of room to pack on strength to his wiry, 6-foot-2, 175 pound frame.

Jacob Morris RHP / SS / New Palestine High School, IN / 2026

From (3/18/25)

+ I love the athleticism that Morris brings to the bump, and strikes come with it in bunches. The 6-foot-1, 195 pound RHP/SS added quality strength to his frame this offseason allowing for a velocity tick. He pitches with an up-tempo, athletic delivery that lands cross-strided and he gets elite scap retraction during a long, deep, full-circle arm action. The arm is super quick and produced an 87-89 mph heater that came outta the hand with life and played with ride (16" IVB, 2400). The feel for spin is present and he showed a swing-and-miss slider that played in the mid-70s & spun in the 25-2600 range with big sweep (17" plus) & depth. The 77-78 change is also a really good pitch, fading off the table late with 18" of arm side. There is starters' upside here with the aforementioned athleticism and strike-throwing nature, especially considering that the stuff continues to tick.

Lyrik Neal RHP / Harrison High School, IN / 2026

From (3/18/25)

+ I loved Neal's pen at this event and there is serious upside within the operation. It is a deceptive look coming from a low 3/4 slot with some funk in the athletic arm action. The fastball plays with turbo sink spinning in the 2300s at 85-87 with 20" of arm-side run at times, and his projectable, 6-foot-3, 175 pound frame suggests velo is on the way with strength gains. His late-biting, mid-70s slider tunnels perfectly off of the heater with swing-and-miss upside. The change is another pitch that could be a future plus, falling off the table with 74-75 & playing with 21" of arm side. I am super bullish on this projectable, athletic arm that provides a unique look with a track record of strikes in my previous looks.

Connor Couch RHP / Bloomington High School South, IN / 2026

From (4/15/25)

+ Couch is an uncommitted righty that I was excited to see this past weekend after an impressive bullpen at our Preseason All-State event in March. The arm works free & fast to a high ¾ slot, the delivery is up-tempo with intent to the operation. Couch was 87-88 early and settled in at 85-87 mph. He spun a quality, two-plane curveball at 70-73 mph and was comfortable landing it to both righties and lefties. The projectable, 6-foot-3, 200 pounder punched six batters in his four innings of work, walking one, and allowing three hits. The arm action and spin stood out most to me in this look and I’m eager to continue following the young, Bloomington South product.

Eric McAtee RHP / Center Grove, IN / 2026

From (4/15/25)

+ I got a solid look at the junior in a start this past Friday at Grand Park. The 6-foot-4, 195 pounder provided a quality start for the trojans. McAtee pitches with an up-tempo delivery, lifting to a tall balance point with an inward turn before a loose move down the slope. There is some rawness to the operation but the arm swing is uninterrupted and works with whip to an over-the-top slot. He sat 85-87 mph with the heater throughout, touching 88 twice. The fastball flashed some carry and he commanded it at an average clip. He showed two secondary offerings, a 71-74 mph slider with sweeper shape and he flashed a 75-76 mph changeup that showed some diving action. McAtee is an uncommitted arm our staff will continue to monitor closely this spring and into the summer due to the frame, arm action, and ultra-loose move that suggests the velocity could tick at anytime.

Greyson Betts RHP / Franklin Community High School, IN / 2026

From (3/18/25)

+ Betts is a stocky, 6-foot, 190 pound righty that pitched at 87-89 and touched 90 on his best bullet. He threw a firmer, tight , late-breaking (2300s) 77-79 mph bullet slider and faded a low-80s change as well. It is a simple, tight operation with a quick arm flipping up in-sync. Betts is a bulldog and his overall feel & polish continue to improve.

Jaden Norris RHP / Sullivan , IN / 2026

From (3/18/25)

+ 6-foot-2, 195 pound muscular, strong build. Stretch-only mover that lifts to a high inward turn. Swings to square with a fast, compact arm following to an OTT slot. Intent throughout the operation. The fastball played at 88-89 T 90 with life out of the hand. The slider is his best pitch, spinning in the 2400s at 80-82 with late bite and sweep. Developing 81-82 change. Norris fits a 'pen profile offering a swing-and-miss breaking ball.

Kaleb Hacker RHP / Portage High School, IN / 2026

From (3/18/25)

+ Hacker toes the rubber with a massive, 6-foot-6, 230 pound frame and attacks from a high OTT slot. He is a stretch-only mover that lifts to a tall, inward turn before getting down the mound with some aggression as the arm works clean to its higher slot. He really gets down the mound with 7+ feet of extension to play his upper-80s (T 90) heater even higher. The fastball plays with cut & occasional ride, tunneling well with his 75-77 mph breaking ball that plays with sweep and depth. He showed a 78-81 mph change that is still in the developing stages. Hacker fits the mold of a back-end bullpen profile with two above average pitches.

Ben Pickering RHP / Jefferson High School, IN / 2026

From (3/18/25)

+ Pickering is a converted catcher with serious arm talent that showcased one of the louder fastballs of the day. He is physical, standing at 6-foot-1 and 225 pounds, and uses an up-tempo delivery that lands soft & open-toed before an electric, full arm follows. The fastball played at 88-91, touching 92, with some arm-side life. The 71-73 slider plays with more-sweep, while his 78-80 change plays more off the fastball with arm-side fade. The front-side of the delivery needs to be refined, but there is electric arm talent shown to make Pickering a close follow heading into the spring.

Harrison Haq RHP / Penn, IN / 2026

From (3/18/25)

+ 6-foot-3, 230 pound big, physical look. Fastball played at 88-90, and showed a slurvey, 77-79 breaking ball to play off of it. 82-84 straight change thrown with fastball arm speed. Showed control for all. Overhead pump with lead leg starting behind the rubber begins an up-tempo delivery. Gets to an even lift before tilt-and-topple delivery. Arm works clean on the backside to OTT slot.

Jake Mazzier RHP / Gibson southern, IN / 2026

From (10/06/24)

+ I was excited to see the development from '26 RHP Jake Mazzier (Gibson Southern). Mazzier has made really solid strides since my last looks on him, maturing into an athletic, 6-foot, 175 pound frame. Mazzier moves with a quality mix of athleticism and control, reaching a moderate balance point under control before a more intentful move down the slope. The arm works clean on the backside with above average arm speed. As a youngster, I was fond of his ability to spin the baseball. As he has matured, he has been able to maintain that quality while elevating his overall athleticism and stuff. Mazzier spun a low-to-mid 70s curveball that reached 2700 spin with two-plane shape to allow for wipeout upside. The breaking ball is only complimented by his fastball, which has improved vastly in the past 12 months, now sitting 85-88, touching 89 mph with 20" of IVB on average. A true carry fastball, combined with future-wipeout spin, is a combination that will allow him to really miss bats. Mazzier showed an upper 70s change as a usable third pitch.

Xavier Hemingway RHP / Bloomington High School South, IN / 2026

From (9/3/24)

+ 6-foot-2, 180 pounds - Young for class (18 @ Draft)

FB 80-83
SL 68-73 (sweep)

Quick Analysis :
Hemingway showed poise and pitchability throughout multiple 2024 looks and made a big impact in his debut campaign for Bloomington South this spring by allowing just 5 free passes in 43.2 innings of work. An up-tempo mover with a projectable frame, Hemingway shows command of a lower slot fastball and is able to land + create chase with a sweeping breaking ball.

Jackson Trueblood RHP / Seymour Senior High School, IN / 2026

+ Projectable, 6-foot-4, 205 pound right-hander. Stretch-only mover w long, deep arm that turns over with arm speed to a H 3/4 slot. 84-87 FB that tops out at 89, it is a control over command operation. He flashes a hard-biting 76-77 SL that got swing and miss in our look this spring. Shows a low-80s change, as well. Likely a reliever profile, but the athlete and upside are certainly intriuging.

Peter Ward RHP / Zionsville Community High School, IN / 2026

From (9/25/24)

+ '26 RHP Peter Ward (Zionsville) offered an upside look in his 'pen. The wiry, projectable, 6-foot-2, 170 pound righty showed athletic moves with a big, inward turn lift and a quick arm that works from over the top / slightly above high 3/4. Pronating early to create arm side run, Ward worked at 85-86 on his running heater, a pitch that tunnels well with his mid-70's changeup, which plays with big arm-side fade, and is presently his best offering. Ward also showed a low-70's breaking ball that played with slurvey shape. Ward is an interesting follow in the '26 class with a couple of traits to dream on.

** up to 88 this spring

Luke Gremelspacher RHP / Guerin Catholic, IN / 2026

From (4/15/25)

+ Gremelspacher is a junior arm from Guerin Catholic that I have seen progress from a young age. He got the start on Friday and went four and 1/3 scoreless innings. The frame is physical at 6-foot-3, 215 pounds. He lifts to a lower balance point and moves down the slope with even shoulders. The arm action is quick and compact to a low ¾ deceptive slot, providing a tougher look on hitters. Gremelspacher held 85-86 mph throughout, touching 87 mph once, the fastball plays with heavy arm-side run and some sink at times. He used the breaking ball as an out-pitch, and it showed true sweeper shape at 71-74 mph. He rounded out his three-pitch mix with a mid 70s fading changeup. The present stuff and overall control were encouraging to see from the righty.

Jayden Adorno RHP / Columbus North, IN / 2026

From (3/18/25)

+ Compact, 5-foot-10, 190 pounder. 87-88 T 90 FB plays with some ride (2308, 17" avg, 20.2" max IVB), showed good control. Abv avg breaking ball plays w two plane shape at 77-79, 2221 avg spin. 77-79 CH plays with sink & kills spin, 74-75 SPL more flat ASR break. Tight, in-line delivery with good hip-to-shoulder included. Loose, quick arm works to 3/4 slot. Super young will graduate at 17.

Jackson Mitchell RHP / Avon , IN / 2026

 From (3/01/25)

+ Jackson Mitchell is a long-levered 6-foot-8, 220-pound righty with intriguing upside and a chance to be really good as he continues to refine his operation. The delivery shows flashes of syncing up, and while the control can come and go, there’s a lot to like in the profile. His fastball works in the 86–87 range (T88) with carry (2388 max rpm), while the 74–75 mph curveball shows depth and the slurvey 72–75 mph slider adds another look. He also mixes a developing changeup at 76–82 mph with some fade.

Ty Hamilton RHP / Sullivan High School, IN / 2026

 From (3/01/25)

+ Ty Hamilton is a physical 6-foot-2, 205-pound two-way prospect with some of the louder tools in the '26 class. On the mound, he shows a raw but explosive operation with a fastball that touches 90 mph (sitting 85–89) and an ability to rotate with intent. The breaking stuff includes a 66–69 mph curveball (2168 max rpm) with depth and a firmer 70–72 mph slider (2303 max rpm) that flashes sharpness. He also mixes in a 73–75 mph changeup with low spin and sink. Offensively, Hamilton’s power is real—producing a 100 mph max exit velocity and 390' peak distance. The swing is still developing, but the strength, bat speed, and impact are apparent. A high-upside, raw athlete whose engine is ahead of the polish right now, but the tools are undeniable.

Colton Watts RHP / William Henry Harrison High School, IN / 2026

From (3/18/25)

+ Watts emerged as a big winner with his physical, 6-foot-4, 205 pound frame. The fastball is unique from a metric perspective, sitting 88-89 from a 6'5" release height & 6'4" extension & averaging 19.4" of IVB while reaching over 23" at times. The fastball provides a super steep vertical approach & his 73-76 curveball plays off it with top to bottom action. He lacked repeatability at times, but it is a super deceptive look with a fastball that likely plays above barrels.

Dylan Cope RHP / Hamilton Southeastern HS, IN / 2026

From (3/18/25)

+ 6-foot-2, 185 pounder pitches from low 3/4 slot (4'5" release height) & really gets down the hill to gain 7-foot extension. The arm is loose & whippy and he uses a glove pat to begin the arm swing. The fastball plays with arm-side run at 83-85 and up to 86. He sweeps a tight slider in the low-70s that plays east-to-west with the arm slot. Cope shows above average control for his arsenal.

Ashton Castillo RHP / Western High School, IN / 2026

From (3/01/25)

+ Ashton Castillo is a physical 6-foot-2, 200-pound 2026 RHP with one of the more advanced breaking balls in the class. He runs the fastball up to 85 mph (sitting 84–85) with above-average spin metrics (2438 max, 2323 avg rpm). Castillo's calling card is a sharp, high-spin curveball that touches 2982 rpm and shows late depth. He complements it with a similarly tight slider at 75–76 mph (2649 max rpm) and a firm, sinker-ish changeup at 80–83 mph. With size, pitch data, and feel to spin, Castillo profiles as a high-upside arm to follow in the class.
