OLATHE SOUTH VS. MILL VALLEY

Texas commit. Home runs are beginning to come in bunches for Peterson, who continues to swing one of the hottest bats in the state. It was another multi-extra-base-hit showing for the lefty, who tallied three hits—starting with a double in the first inning, then jumping on a first-pitch fastball in his next at-bat and launching a solo shot to the party porch in right. One of the top two-way prospects in the nation, Peterson consistently shows the ability to drive the ball with authority to all fields, especially with elevation to the pull side. Defensively, he’s flashed the versatility to slide over to shortstop, with the athleticism and arm strength to make high-level plays.
