As we gear up for one of our top invite-only events of the year, the Oklahoma Top Prospect Upperclass Games, we will begin breaking down our notes on each of the prospects who will be in attendance. This year, the Upperclass Games will see many of the state’s top athletes from the 2026 and 2027 classes compete, giving them an opportunity to be seen by numerous college coaches during an open-contact period of recruitment. This year’s event will be held on June 3rd at Oral Roberts University.

Cooper Wilson RHP / Memorial High School, OK / 2026 Rankings  StateRank: 58 / POS: 16 Standing at 6'2 211 lbs, Wilson has a long, projectable frame. On the mound, the right-hander attacks hitters from a 3/4 arm slot with a long, strong arm action. His fastball has been up to 87 mph, and he works off it with a changeup and slider combo to round out a three-pitch mix.

Mavrick Wingo OF / LHP / North Rock Creek Hs, OK / 2027 Rankings  StateRank: 64 / POS: 15 This will be our first look at Wingo in nearly two years, so we'll look to get some updated metrics to see how the rising junior has built on some already solid numbers. When we last saw him, his exit velocity was topping out a 89.7 mph, and he showed some nice athleticism for his age, running a 7.30 second 60 yard dash.

Stoney Yaerger RHP / 3B / Dewar, OK / 2027 Rankings  StateRank: 67 / POS: 8 Yaerger has a long, projectable frame with plenty of room to continue to add mass and strength. On the mound, he has a long, loose arm action and throws from a high 3/4 arm slot. The fastball was up to 80 mph, and he utilized a curve and changeup as offspeed offerings.
