Oregon Uncommitted Spotlight - '26 INF Jaden Tragesser

As the Oregon high school baseball season concludes, Prep Baseball features an Uncommitted Spotlight, where we highlight standout performers that attended a Prep Baseball Preseason ID event this year. Uncommitted spotlights are meant to showcase players that Prep Baseball Scouts felt showed standout tools, large improvements in overall game, or potential upside moving forward. This week, we spotlight '26 INF Jaden Tragesser. The junior out of Lakeridge High School was most recently seen at PNW Preseason All-State this winter.
An athletic middle infielder, Tragesser impressed with exit velocities into the upper 90's and a 6.88 60-yard dash time. Below is a complete breakdown of the player, including scouting reports and video from the event.

Hit: RHH. Loose upper half with slightly open base in stance. Subtle bend in knees with barrel in rhythm. Hovering, lower stride as hands retract away from frame. Extends to meet ball out front with quickness and a firm front side. Longer, whippy finish shown both with two hands and one hand. 68.1 mph bat speed with 18 G's of rotational acceleration.
