Las Vegas Top Prospect Games: Quick Hits (2026’s)
June 6, 2025
Las Vegas, NV - On Wednesday and Thursday, May 28-29, 2025, the Prep Baseball Nevada staff hosted our first event of the summer, which featured over 85 prospects from the 2026-2028 classes. Each participant went through a pro-style workout that consisted of running a laser-timed 60 yard dash using Vald Performance, defensive evaluations, and batting practice using Trackman Baseball and Blast Motion. Day 2 of the event, pitchers were evaluated during the Live Game Play with Trackman Baseball to receive all of their data and metrics.
Below, we highlight some of the 2026 players that made an immediate impression on the Prep Baseball Nevada Staff with the Quick Hits.

Quick Hits: 2026 Class

Lyndon Lee SS / 2B / Basic Academy, NV / 2026Nevada‘s top uncommitted 2026 prospect continues to prove that it’s only a matter of time before he is off the board with another standout performance at the Las Vegas Top Prospect Games. Fresh off of a state championship run with Basic Academy, Lee put up impressive offensive numbers (with wood) including a 101.5 mile per TrackMan exit velocity that translated into the game or he turned around a fastball for a single up the middle. Lee was a key contributor all spring and we expect him to be off the board in the very near future as a player we believe would be an instant impact player at the collegiate level. |

Noah McConnell RHP / OF / Liberty Baptist Academy, NV / 2026The small school product out of Liberty Baptist, McConnell earned the events top fastball velocity at 89.6 mph with 18.4 inches of induced vertical break along with 13.3 inches of horizontal movement. The slider also saw obvious improvement with tighter shape and flashes of tunnel off of his fastball. The 2024 West Coast Games alumni has seen his game, improve each time out with us, leading you to believe that there’s still so much more in the tank heading into the summer. |

DaMari Hall OF / SS / Bishop Gorman, NV / 2026The two sport standout impressed on the offensive side of the ball putting up new personal best in a number of categories, including max TrackMan exit velocity - 104.0, average exit velocity - 93.6, and VALD 60 time - 6.76. The Future Games alum has all of the tools to be a prospect at the next level and we expect him to have his breakout spring in 2026 at Bishop Gorman. |

Keimani Johnson OF / LHP / Palo Verde, NV / 2026The Palo Verde product came into the event off of a huge spring, where he found himself consistently in the heart of the Palo Verde order. Now a much more physical product since the last time he was out with us at 6 foot 2, 167.1 pounds, the power is starting to shine through in his game, making a player to follow this summer. |

Dane Keener C / OF / Palo Verde, NV / 2026As the spring continued for Palo Verde, Keener send it into a more pivotal role in the lineup, eventually leading off for the talented offensive group. He continued to show his offensive ability at the Las Vegas Top Prospect Games where he put together one of the top offensive performances during the batting practice session will also put together and handful of quality of bats during the live gameplay. To go with his offensive improvements, his improved physicality was on display during the VALD athletic testing where he ran a 6.85 60 time with the max run speed of 19.7 mph. This is an under the radar prospect that we don’t expect to be under the radar much longer. |

Hogan Hawkins SS / OF / Silverado, NV / 2026Arguably, no one saw their stock rise more at the Las Vegas Top Prospect Games then Hogan Hawkins. With real two way ability that saw fastball run up into the upper 80s, his 95.7 mph TrackMan exit velocity, and event best 6.67 VALD 60 time, this is a player that has all the tools to excel beyond the high school level. Still under the radar, you can expect his name to be making its way around the coaches circles pretty quickly after this performance. |

Randall Riley III C / SS / Basic Academy, NV / 2026The 2024 Future Games alumni gives the visual of a smaller frame with a leaner build, but his game is anything but small. Is 101.5 mph TrackMan exit velocity and 393 foot max distance are both personal best that Landon him near the top of both leaderboard. This Swiss army knife type player is primed for a big summer with CBA and you can expect him to be off the board sooner rather than later if it continues to play and produce like you did at the Las Vegas Vegas Top Prospect Games. |

Briggs Barlow RHP / 3B / Southeast Career Tech, NV / 2026Barlow is another player coming off of his breakout spring season and continued to prove why he was successful at the Las Vegas Top Prospect Games. The two way player put together excellent performances on both sides of the ball, but shined on the mound where he ran his fastball up to 85 mph, working heavily off his slider that he felt confident commanding in any count and on both sides of the plate. Standing at 6 foot 1, 167 pounds, they’re still so much more to come with Barlow as we expect his game to continue to trend, especially as fastball velocity as he continues to add strength and size. |

Kayne Horibe OF / RHP / Pahrump Valley High School, NV / 2026Another small school product out of Pahrump Valley, Horibe put together another impressive performance on both sides of the ball where he earned a TrackMan exit velocity of 97.2 mph, with a max distance of 366 feet. He also impressed on the mound where he ran as fast up to 86.5 mph, to go with an improved secondary mix that he showed more polish now we only expect to continue getting better as he has into a big summer of Top Tier Las Vegas. |

Tyson Lake OF / 1B / Legacy, NV / 2026The older of the Lake brothers, Tyson show that he has what it takes on the offensive side of the ball to play at the next level. His comfort and maturity at the plate as well as excellent barrel awareness a lot of spray the ball all over the yard during his batting practice session and carry that into the game where he put together a quality at bats, finding his way on base multiple times. Still some more youthful in his appearance, this leads you to believe that he is still just scratching the surface of what’s the come. |

Devin Martin SS / OF / Arbor View, NV / 2026The 2024 West Coast Games standout continue to do just that at the Las Vegas Top Prospect Games where he got his day started off running a 6.95 VALD 60 time, where he followed it up with an 85 per outfield, velocity, then showed off his ability to spray line drives to all fields. He continued to show off his athletic actions on the defensive side of the ball during the live gameplay, making lateral plays, look routine with flow through the feeling process. This is another prospect. You can expect to make his name on more than a few follow list heading into the summer. |

Grayden Baker RHP / Liberty High School, Henderson, NV, NV / 2026The under the radar prospect out of Liberty High School, Baker saw his fastball run up to 88 mph with a secondary mix that is still in development, but shows promise as he lived around his own throughout his outing. You can expect him to continue seeing his game trend over the next few months as we expect him to have his break out spring in 2026. |

Lucas Pettingill RHP / OF / Moapa Valley HS, NV / 2026Few people would argue that Lucas Pettingill had one of the, if not the, top batting practice sessions of the event, going big fly four times with the remainder of a swings also being loud barrels to the big part of the yard. The Moapa Valley product comes off of an excellent season with the Pirates and we expect him to continue that into a big summer with CBA. His 99.9 mph TrackMan exit velocity and 90.2 mph TrackMan average exit velocity ran him near the top of both metric categories. Had a Prep Baseball verified 6 foot 4, 195 pounds, this is a player we believe more than a few guys will have their eye on this summer. |
