2025 ROSTER

This year's roster is already shaping up nicely, just like in years past.

Connor Clayton SS / RHP / West Ranch High, CA / 2026

From 2/19/25:

“The versatile Clayton had the opportunity to show off all of his strong toolset during this game. A standout at the 2025 Central California Preseason All State, I entered this game already high on the profile for Clayton and left it even higher with the performance. A switch hitter with a sound swing from each side of the dish I noticed that his bat speed is continuing to trend up from each side with quickness in the turn which combined with a strong polished approach resulted in a 1B from the RH side, a BB from the RH side and a BB from the LH side. In addition, he showcased his defensive versatility to slide into the OF and play LF with a solid profile which enhances his already strong INF defensive profile. But, even more impressive was the 2.2 innings of relief the righthander provided in my first look at him on the bump. It's an athletic operation with intent showing arm speed with a two-pitch arsenal. The pitch mix is fronted by a 86-89 MPH FB which topped at 90 MPH and shows a riding shape when thrown up in the zone at around 88-89 MPH consistently, but then when thrown down in the zone has more running life with sink in the 86-87 MPH range. His secondary is a presently loopy 72-76 MPH CB with vertical depth when thrown down in the zone it has potential, but the rawness of his experience on the mound will necessitate development on the offspeed offering.”

Kardiff Black C / OF / Temecula Valley High, CA / 2026

From 1/30/25:

Positional Profile: OF

Riley Moran RHP / Norco High, CA / 2026

From 10/15/24:

"Moran popped on the radar of the Prep Baseball California staff with a strong showing earlier this year in a bullpen at the OC Preseason ID in January. Nearly 10 months later the 6'3 prototype righthander out of the Inland Empire returned to throw in front of our staff showing off impressive improvements to his frame adding strength throughout (up 15 lbs.) which translated to increased life on his pitch arsenal. Moran ran his FB up to 88.3 MPH with life out of the hand and ride to the profile (2457 RPM max spin/18.6" of IVB max) while pitching consistently at 85-87 MPH and attacking the strike zone. He paired the quality FB with an emerging SLD that he throws in the 70-74 MPH range while getting 11.3" of horizontal break on the pitch. Moran previously has shown a quality CHG, but did not use it during his OC Uncommitted Game outing. The results back up the trending upward profile for Moran as he punched out 3 of the 5 hitters he faced while inducing a soft grounder to SS for a 6-3 putout for the other out with one hitter reaching on a 3-2 walk."

Cole Studt C / 1B / Highland, CA / 2026

From 5/13/15:

"Studt was a standout at the Central California Preseason All State event in January of 2025 and then put together a strong performance during my live look at him during Week Four of the California Scout Blog when I saw him compete against Quartz Hill High School in a Golden League showdown. Studt went on to put up a tremendous 2025 spring hitting .494 with eight doubles, three homers, drove in 27 runs while scoring 24 runs for the Bulldogs."

Adam Whyte LHP / OF / Tustin , CA / 2026

From 1/23/25:

Positional Profile: OF/LHP
Body: 5-10, 201.8 pounds.
