A 6-foot-1, 190-pound lefty with a four-pitch mix, Green is an outstanding athlete who is always in control of his body movements. An elite competitor, his repertoire includes an 89-92 mph two-seam fastball that he commands to all parts of the zone. Green pairs his fastball with a low-80s changeup that he has great feel for and is able to throw it in any count. He also throws to breaking balls. A low 80s slider that he manipulates well to create a sharp 10/4 break pattern and a cutter that ranges from 85-87mph.
