In addition to the team snapshots that we are putting out on teams from across the state, we are also attending and reporting on preseason practices at various high schools as part of our high school coverage. On Tuesday, we had the opportunity to stop by Olathe South’s practice.  Some news and notes on the Falcons as they prepare for 2014:

+ A “Coach Perkins” has lead the Falcons program for 31 years as current head coach Josh Perkins is the son of his predecessor long-time skipper at Olathe South Don Perkins who captured KSHSAA state titles in 1986 and 1994.
