Over the last week five Kansas prepsters have named their colleges. Here is a quick rundown:
+ RHP Brandon Gomer (Shawnee Mission Northest HS, 2015) verbally committed to Evansville last Sunday. The projectable 6-foot-4, 175-pound righty has made strides this fall bumping his fastball velocity into the upper 80’s. The Purple Aces captured the Missouri Valley Conference regular season title last spring. Gomer plays for the Midwest Black Sox organization out of Overland Park in the off-season.
