Prep Baseball Report got off to a great start with their opening event at The SportsPlex in Danvers.
The Bats
+ 2016 3B/1B Nathan Porack (Walpole HS) is a big physical kid (6-foot-2, 200 pounds) with plenty of athleticism and a top exit velocity of 91 mph from the right side.
Defensive Standouts
+ 2017 catcher Aidan McLaughlin (Xavierian HS) showed well with a clean arm path and a projectable athletic frame.
The Arms
+ 2016 RHP/C Pat Jordan (St. John's Prep) showed serious arm speed with an 82-83 mph fastball and a filthy 65-67 mph breaking ball with serious break at the knees.
