School has started across the country and the fall season is nearly upon us. The early signing period for high school seniors is a couple months away and there are still plenty of prospects available. Last week, we highlighted some unsigned pitchers in the Class of the 2018. This week, we feature senior position players that are available.

Nathan Berg, SS/RHP, New Prague HS, MN
Berg stands at 6-foot-1, 175 pounds and can play both ways. Offensively, he’s a 7.35 runner with a tall, athletic stance. He stays on the ball through contact and uses both gaps. He has sure hands and solid athleticism in the field. His throws have carry and accuracy at 85 mph across the diamond. On the mound, he pounds the zone with an 82-85 fastball and shows solid feel for a late-breaking slide and changeup.
