Looking at the 2018 class today, we break down the top uncommitted RHP we have seen thus far across the Maryland / Delaware. The 2018 class in the area has a deep pool of talent with plenty of options on both the mound and in the field. Currently we have 22 primary RHP that are in our 2018 rankings, and here are the five top arms that we have come across so far.
