QUICK HITS
Jase Pee C / RHP / Saltillo, MS / 2026Lean, athletic frame with room to add strength. Shows intriguing two-way potential with tools that project at the next level. Offensively, posts a 91.7 mph exit velocity with a pull-side approach and natural loft in the swing. Runs a 7.00 60, showing solid athleticism and some quickness underway. On the mound, works up to 86 mph with developing secondary offerings — shows more to come as he fills out and refines his mechanics. A high-upside 2026 who could turn into a real steal as he matures and continues to develop on both sides of the ball.

Owen Roebuck OF / LHP / Nettleton, MS / 2026Smaller-framed lefty (5’9”, 150 lbs) with an intriguing profile. Shows a loose, whippy arm action that generates fastball velocity up to 82 mph with more in the tank as he matures physically. His changeup is a very solid secondary offering, showing feel and fade that plays well off the fastball. Delivery still needs refinement for better consistency and command, but the athleticism and arm action suggest potential. Could be a very serviceable option for a program looking for a crafty, projectable lefty.

Luke Pevey 1B / 3B / Northwest Rankin, MS / 2026Strong, physical build and possesses elite raw power, posting exit velocities up to 103 mph. Employs a middle-to-pull side approach, where he does the most damage when pitches catch too much of the plate. Generates loud, consistent contact with natural lift and strength through the zone. A dangerous middle-of-the-order bat with advanced power potential that will draw attention from college programs looking for an impact hitter.

Tanner Binkley SS / RHP / Hartfield Academy, MS / 2026Athletic, well-proportioned frame with plenty of tools that stand out immediately. Plus runner, posting a 6.51 60-yard dash, showing impact speed that plays both offensively and defensively. Offensively, produces exit velocities up to 102 mph with a line-drive, gap-to-gap approach, flashing real bat speed and strength through contact. Defensively, shows solid arm strength across the infield at 84 mph, with the athleticism to project at multiple spots. A dynamic athlete with a college-ready toolset—hard to believe he’s still uncommitted.

Allen Paysinger RHP / SS / Water Valley High School, MS / 2026Paysinger is a high-ceiling Class of 2026 prospect with a strong, durable frame and legitimate two-way potential. Offensively, he has real pop (97.3 max exit velo) and a pull-side approach with loft, suggesting middle-of-the-order power potential. Paysinger had one of the better batting practice rounds on the day. On the mound, while his fastball (currently in the low 80s) is modest at this stage, his athletic frame and two-way usage give him upside as a pitcher. With continued strength development, refinement of mechanics, and maturation of secondary pitches, Allen projects to be a valuable recruit as either a power hitting position player, a two-way contributor or, potentially, a developmental pitcher with upside. For coaches seeking a physically mature, power-and-arm tool prospect, Allen is a strong candidate.

Runs a 6.7 60-yard dash, moving well for a catcher and offering defensive versatility. Behind the plate, shows a 74 mph catcher velocity with pop times around 2.00, flashing quick feet and clean exchanges. A hard-nosed player who checks a lot of boxes physically and athletically—definitely has the tools to contribute at the next level.
