Pearl, MS -  On Friday the Prep Baseball Report staff had the chance to watch the 1A, 2A, and 4A championship games hosted at Trustmark Park. Included in today’s Mississippi Scout Blog are notes on several players we caught in action yesterday.

The projectable-framed right-hander works from a high-¾ slot with level shoulders and a simple, repeatable delivery. His fastball sat 79-81 mph, up to 82-83 mph in the first and second. The curveball showed depth and occasional loose spin at 69-71 mph.
