+ Catcher Robbie Hokamp (Biloxi, 2024) used a short compact swing on Monday night to deliver a line drive but had to settle for an 0-1 in that at bat as he smoked it right at the shortstop. He is off to a solid start going 4-8 in the teams first three games. The uncommitted receiver has next level skills behind the plate with pop times consistently in 1.9 to 2.0 range. Hokamp will be  a valuable part of the equation as the Indians look to make a deeper playoff run in 2023.
