#17 Marvin Ridge Shuts Out Porter Ridge Behind Ginader’s Complete-Game Gem

INDIAN TRAIL, N.C. – Behind a dominant performance from Odin Ginader, Marvin Ridge secured a 4-0 shutout victory over Porter Ridge on Tuesday night. Ginader went the distance, tossing a complete-game three-hitter while striking out four.

In Game 1 of a 3 game series sweep, the Mavericks wasted little time getting on the scoreboard. In the second inning, Logan D’Amico doubled and later came around to score, giving Marvin Ridge an early edge. Luke St. John delivered in the clutch, driving in two runs, while Nico Soul provided some late insurance with a solo home run.

Porter Ridge struggled to generate offense against Ginader, managing just three hits on the night. Garrett Long battled on the mound for the Pirates, striking out eight over four innings but ultimately took the loss.

The win completed a series sweep for the Mavs over Porter Ridge.
