Throughout the fall season, PBR Scouts were covering the state of North Carolina.  Whether it was a PBR Event, an official PBR scouted event, or a workout a PBR Scout covered, player statistics were reported with player evaluations.  Video was also added to player profiles from PBR events.  With over 800 colleges and universities subscribing to PBR, PBR is able to provide verified information, connecting schools and players from across North Carolina.

As we continue our look at some of the top performances of the fall, we look at some of the big arms in the state with the top fastballs.  While PBR cannot be at every game played across the state, our staff was able to be out just about every weekend, covering games in North Carolina and following players up and down the east coast.  Players attending PBR events were also able to update their profiles as well.  Below are the top 20 fastballs from the fall of 2018.
