With the recent update of the National Rankings for the 2023 Class it's time for an update to the North Carolina 2023 Class Rankings as well. With the high school season quickly approaching the junior class will look to have an impactful spring and summer season. It’s common for players to make jumps during this time in their career which could lead to a lot of movement to this class during the coming year. The 2023 Class in North Carolina has been expanded to the Top 275.
