Introducing the 2025 Prep Baseball Preseason All-State Teams
With the 2025 spring season officially underway as of Monday, February 24, Prep Baseball scouts are set to cover games and evaluate players across North Carolina. Leading up to the season, our scouting staff conducted an in-depth analysis of each region, identifying top teams and standout players. As part of our preseason coverage, we are proud to present the Prep Baseball Preseason All-State Teams.
Every high school player in North Carolina was eligible for selection. While postseason accolades typically go to those who post impressive numbers on high-performing teams, our scouting staff has taken a forward-looking approach, projecting which players are poised for breakout seasons in 2025.
The First and Second Team selections primarily feature 2025 and 2026 graduates, as past performances and team dynamics provide a clearer picture of their expected impact. While we anticipate several 2027 graduates making waves this season, predicting their contributions is more challenging at this stage. North Carolina boasts incredible depth and talent, making the task of narrowing down the top 21 players for these teams a difficult but exciting challenge.
As always, our staff is eager to see how these projections unfold. Each year, players take significant strides in their development, proving preseason predictions wrong with their hard work and dedication. Prep Baseball will be on the ground all season, tracking performances and celebrating the athletes who rise to the occasion across North Carolina.
