PBR Scouts recently updated its Class of 2025 Rankings for North Carolina.  The list includes the top 60 players from the state, a modest increase after the fall season.  PBR Scouts will continue to be pounding the pavement across the state in the pre-season and the spring, working to identify players and update reports for college coaches and pro scouts.

Today we take a look at 5 players that are new to the 2025 Rankings list.  Each of these players were identified in the fall season, allowing PBR Scouts to put a grade on each player, adding them to the 2025 rankings database.
