Throughout the year, PBR Scouts are working to see as many player across North Carolina as they can.  Today we take a look at 9 uncommitted infielders that should provide an impact at the next level when their time comes.  Each has shown some athleticism on the infield, projecting to stay on the infield as they mature.  They have also shown strength with the bat, producing an exit velocity of at least 93 mph.
