With each passing season, the scouts in PBR North Carolina go to work to update class specific rankings for the state of North Carolina.  As the winter workout season approaches, giving athletes a chance to move up the Follow Boards of college coaches and pro scouts, Matt Payne, North Carolina's Director of Scouting has published the updated rankings for North Carolina.  Today we dive into all four classes, looking at some of the top uncommitted left handed arms.
