PBR was on the road during the first week of the high school season and had the opportunity to see several good arms as they made their season debut.  Two UNC commits threw well and definitely pass the “eye test” as Brennan Malone (Porter Ridge HS, 2019) and Davidjohn Herz (Terry Sanford HS, 2019) each flashed stuff that justifies high expectations.

UNC commit. Broad shoulders and a physical presence at 6-foot-4, 210 pounds.  Working out of the bullpen in this outing, control came after 20 live pitches.
