PBR scouts were scattered across the state of North Carolina as many schools began their spring break with tournaments and games.  During the week, PBR’s Matt Payne stopped in on the final day of the Shelby Easter Tournament.  He was able to catch several schools from the area.  Below are some of his notes on players from the tournament.

Campbell commit.  5 foot 11, 170-pound athletic build.  Small rocker step going into a tucked leg kick with the knee working to the bottom of the chest.  Slightly across his body to the plate with a closed toe landing.  Long arm action, throwing from an overhand slot.  Quick through release with some shoulder jerk to the first base side.  Fastball worked at
