Will the recent release of PBR’s updated North Carolina 2021 Class Rankings, “The Five” highlights some players who are entering the rankings for the first time.  The list features two shortstops, a utility player, and a right- and left-hand pitcher.  All of the guys featured are uncommitted with the ability to make jumps as their bodies mature.
