Scouting Report
Dombrowski is a very good athlete and he showed extremely well at this event. He improve greatly upon his 60-yard dash time as he ran a lightning quick 6.72 which looked like it should have been faster. He likes to get his foot down early in his swing mechanics which works for him because he can rely on his hands to work. He produces solid exit velocities with a largely handsy approach. He has strong wrists and can hit line drives all over the field. Defensively, Dombrowski can do everything. He moves efficiently in the outfield showing the ability to track most fly balls. He plays an instinctual third base and has good fundamentals. He gets rid of the ball quickly and can make most plays on the field. He has the ability to play multiple positions and could profile at 3B, 2B, or the OF at the next level. Somebody is going to be very happy landing this dynamic athlete.
