Border bragging rights will be on the line when some of New York's top players clash with other top players from New Jersey and New England this weekend at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. Here is a glance at the Empire State’s lineup. 

Call to arms

LHP Dan Dallas (Canisius, 2016) has a fastball that creates arm-side run, late depth that jumps at 83-85 mph, but recently 86-88 with signs of more in the tank. His curveball shows above average spin with 2/7 shape, ranging 70-74 mph. The Monmouth commit may impress northeast scouts this spring. RHP Frank Vesuvio (Bryam Hills, 2016)........
