Preseason All-State (February 28, 2016) Fisher is no stranger to the Prep Baseball Report, since our inception in NY (summer of 2014) he has attended seven events. One of the greatest parts of this profession is watching young players develop and improve. Fisher is no exception. Offensively - powerful approach with his weight slightly shifted to back-side, on the pitch he drops his back elbow to the slot, barrel flattens out early, level path with full extension through contact.....
