St. Christopher’s
The Saints have been resurgent this spring with the return of junior shortstop Nick Biddison (North Carolina) from the injury that kept him out last year. The Saints have been young on the mound all spring, with sophomore Jimmy Starnes and junior Maddison Furman (VCU) doing the bulk of the work for the Saints. St. Christopher's is just 5-6 this season when they allow four or more runs in a game, so their pitching will be key during the tournament. 

Paul VI Catholic
The Panthers were the 2016 Division I runners-up and turned over a large portion of their roster from last year. Paul VI has surged down the stretch, finishing fourth in the WCAC regular season and taking St. John’s to a third game in the WCAC Semifinal series
