Already boasting a strong group of 2017 recruits, Florida added to its riches this week when RHP Jack Leftwich (TNXL Academy, FL) de-committed from Wake Forest and switched to the Gators. The 6-foot-3, 225-pound righty has climbed the rankings in recent months with a fastball that now sits in the low 90s and a slider with tight spin and depth at 77-78.

Also in Florida, 2018 RHP Angel Tiburcio (Trinity Christian Academy, FL) de-committed from Central Florida. The Knights recently saw their head coach, Terry Rooney, depart to be the associate head coach at Alabama.
