Inside The Rankings OK: Top 10 Uncommitted 2021 RHPs

As we prepare for the most important summer of all time for amateur baseball, PBR OK takes a look into the latest rankings release for the 2021 class. Today, we will highlight the top 10 uncommitted arms in the state according to the rankings. This group features athletes with projectable frames who have tons room to fill out along with athletes who will see jumps as they polish up their deliveries. Everyone on this list has been 84 or better in official PBR scouted events.
SCOUTING REPORT
A physically impressive 6-foot-3, 215-pound muscular frame on the mound. The primary right-handed pitcher utilizes a moderate takeaway delivering from a quick ¾ arm-stroke getting long out in front. The fastball sits 84-89 mph jumping at the plate. A 72-75 mph slider was thrown on a more horizontal plane out of the same arm-slot. Flashed a 79-80 mph changeup thrown with adequate sell.
