Scouting Report: Liam Hicks is a smooth-swinging catcher from the left side who has the potential to hit for power once he gets matures and becomes stronger. At the plate, he displays impressive bat speed as well as good balance, a slight leg kick and a fluid follow-through. Hicks has great hands and the ability to hit the ball to all sides of the field. Behind the plate, Hicks shows good arm action with a pop time clocked at between 1.97-and-2.06 seconds. Hicks has an impressive skillset and as he matures physically, he can be a solid player on the next level.
