Ontario Scouting Notes: 2016 Pitchers Update

This past weekend, the MLB Scouting Bureau made its annual stops in Ontario to see how some of the top talents in the province have progressed over the off-season. PBR Ontario was on hand and we give a quick look at some of the top performers.
Lets take a look at some of the arms from the 2016 class on the weekend:
Class of 2016 Arms
Sam Turcotte, RHP, Don Mills Collegiate
Big strong physical righty. Topped out at 90 mph. Good break on curveball at 74-76 mph. Change had some nice fading action. Gonna be a good one.
