On Thursday, October 2nd, the Prep Baseball Ontario staff made it's annual return to Saskatchewan to host the Going Yard Academy Scout Day at the Gordie Howe Sports Complex in Saskatoon. The weekend included a Scout Day on Thursday for the Goats Academy, followed by a three-day tournament that included two Going Yard teams, as well as Home Run Academy, ATHX Academy and Black Gold 47's.

This showcase featured 32 players from the Goats program in the 2026 - 2028 classes and allowed our staff an opportunity to get an in-depth look at the players, as well as collect updated metrics via our tech partners TrackMan and VALD Performance.
