With the 2014 Draft in the rearview mirror and the summer season underway, scouts are looking ahead to 2015 to get to know the next batch of prospects. If RHP Mike Nikorak (Stroudsburg HS, PA) is on the mound, expect there to be a plenty of radar guns pointing his way.

A tall righty with long limbs, Nikorak stands at 6-foot-5, 205 pounds, and has taken the amateur baseball world by storm already. He has touched the mid 90s this year and easily sits in the low 90s with life. An Alabama recruit, he didn’t just wake up and throw gas. With offseason workouts and natural maturation, Nikorak went from throwing in the low 80s as a freshman to what we see now.
