The battle for the top spot in Region 1-AAAA turned out to be as exciting as we could have hoped for Tuesday night.  Game 1 of the 3 game series went to the Greenwood Eagles after they trailed for most of the night.  Taylor Rabe had an impressive outing for Greenville on the mound but Luke Godwin of Greenwood stole the show.  The Sophomore had 4 hits on the night including a 2-out game tying 2 RBI single in the 7th and also picked up the win on the mound.
