Columbia Preseason ID: Vald Run and Jump Leaders

On Saturday, Januray 18th Prep Baseball of South Carolina hosted its Preseason ID at Carolina Playmakers in Columbia, SC. The Preseason IDs leads to identifying prospects for some of the summer’s biggest invite only events like Boarder Battle, PB Senior Games, Top Prospect Games, PB JR Future Games, PB SR Future Games and the PB Future Games. The event featured players from the 2026-2028 grad classes.

The event began with A pro-style workout for all the position players followed that included running a laser timed 30 recorded using Vald Preformance Technology, BP with TrackMan ball flight analysis, a defensive evaluation, and finished with pitcher bullpens with each pitch tracked by Trackman.
