Tall, athletic, long and lanky frame w/ some lean strength, very projectable. Just scratching the surface of his frame potential. Pitches w/ a full wind-up from an over the top release. Learning to get lower half involved, will add a couple ticks when does so. Extension towards the plate. Straight FB shows occasional cut. Medium downer CB flashes tight rotation, late bite, above average depth. Used as put away pitch on this day. CH w/ arm-speed, fade and sink. Around the zone w/ all three pitches. Generated 13 swing and misses on 20 swings. High academic guy (30+ ACT) w/ projection and feel for 3 pitches. |
