GRAND PRAIRIE, TX - During the fall season The Mets Scout Team tees it up three straight weeks against three separate junior college teams, here is a look at what we saw from Panola Junior College on Wednesday, October 3 at DBU.  

+ RHP Jarret Whorff (Soph.) 6-foot-2, 185-pounds. Works from a high-¾ slot with a clean arm swing. Fastball was 86-88. Can throw the changeup anytime he wants with arm side fade at 76-78 mph, including doubling up on it. Faced majority LHH’s in his outing so he only mixed in a couple of curveballs at 72 mph with 11/5 shape.
