Midlothian 2, Legacy 1

MIDLOTHIAN, TX - It was a beautiful night for a ballgame as Mansfield Legacy traveled over to Midlothian for the second game of district play.

Texas Tech commit. Currently ranked No. 23 in TX, No. 141 Overall. Rombach has added strength to his already projectable 6-foot-3, 210-pound frame. The junior has significant arm strength behind the plate with true carry to second base. Gunned down a would be base stealer at second with a 2.22 pop after a strike three swing through where the batter fell into the lane. Also got a 1.92 and a 2.09 between innings. A right-handed hitter, Rombach has present strength in his hands with high end bat speed. Although he didn’t have anything to show for it, Rombach flew out to deep centerfield and deep right field, both on the barrel.
