SAN ANTONIO - With gloomy weather the night before and more looming in the distance, Game 2 between the Reagan High School Rattlers and the O’Connor High School Panthers was moved to Northeast ISD’s new turf Sports Park. Reagan took game 1 in a tight 6-5 contest on Thursday night and looked to go for the sweep on Friday. Both teams hit the ball well in Game 2, O’Connor out-hitting Reagan 10-9, but Reagan was able to convert hits runs with greater efficiency, as they outscored the Panthers 10-4. The Rattlers advance to play the winner of the New Braunfels Canyon vs. Buda Hays series.
