EVENT HISTORY
We've been hosting this event for the past eleven years, and it's consistently provided us a look at prominent players who've later gone on to receive invitations to select events, like the PBR Future Games.
Last year, our top performers were 1B/OF Dominic Santarelli (St. Joseph, 2026; Louisville), SS/2B Ethan Moore (Oak Park-River Forest, 2025; Tennessee), RHP/SS Ethan Bauerschmidt (Tremper, 2025; Penn State), C/SS Maddux Lessard (Muskego, 2026), C/RHP Jack Spielmann (Milton, 2027), OF/SS Ira Hilbelink (Cedar Grove-Belgium, 2027), RHP/SS Sam Hirthe (New Berlin Eisenhower, 2025; Wisconsin-La Crosse), RHP/OF Cameron Carter (Arrowhead, 2026), 3B/2B Jack Zeller (Indian Trail, 2025), RHP/OF Jacob Haughton (Case, 2025; Minnesota-Duluth). We're looking forward to checking in on the next crop of talent from this event to earn next-level attention in the coming weeks, months, and years.
2025 ROSTER
This year's roster is already shaping up nicely, just like in years past.
RHP/OF Caden Baker (Mukwonago, 2027) stands at a long and projectable 6'2", 175-pound frame. On the mound, he has a methodical delivery that starts slow before accelerating into an aggressive finish, showcasing an arm with full extension. Baker has a high ceiling and is someone our staff has been monotitoring for sometime.
INF/RHP Ira Hilbelink (Cedar Grove-Belgium, 2027) standing at an athletic, strong 5-foot-10, 178-pound frame. Hilbelink is one of the top two-way athletes in the class, with an advanced skillset as both a bat and an arm with a chance to continue to do both at a high-level moving forward.
MIF Aidan Kolb (Hartford, 2026) stands strong at 5'7", 170 pounds. At the plate, he has an open setup with a slight crouch and a controlled glide into a centered hitting position, with a quiet hand trigger. He features a short, direct swing path with good bat speed, consistently controlling the barrel and driving the ball through the middle of the field. In the field, he shows bounce and aggressiveness through the ball, with a quick first step laterally, soft hands, and quality actions.
C/RHP Jack Spielmann (Milton, 2027) stands at an athletic and projectable 6'1", 170 pounds. On the mound, he has a simple delivery, working in-line down the mound with an athletic finish. At the plate, he displays a straightforward approach with serious leverage, hitting rockets all over the yard and generating impressive length through the ball. As a catcher, he has an impressive pop time of 2.00. Spielmann was a member of Team Wisconsin at the 2023 Prep Baseball Junior Future Games. Ranked #1 overall in the state of Wisconsin for the class of 2027, Spielmann has a bright future ahead.
OF/LHP Zachary Steichen (Brookfield East, 2027) stands at an athletic and proportionate 5'11", 170 pounds. On the mound, he has an up-tempo delivery, reaching a medium balance point with a short arm circle and showing a feel for his off-speed pitches. At the plate, he has strong, quick hands, works downhill, and backspins the ball to both the middle and pull side. Steichen has a high ceiling, and it’s exciting to see how he will perform at this year’s event.
Perusing the event roster, we’re set to meet a majority of players who’ve not yet attended a PBR showcase, and we’re eager to add more names to our follow lists.
