In this PBR+ posting, our Sacramento area scout Bryan Moreno got eyes on one of California's top 2019 players, 1B Xavier Carter of Capital Christian HS (Sacramento). Carter was the headliner that led him to this particular game against Oakmont HS (Roseville), but there were also a trio of outstanding sophomores (Vinnie Bachelier featured in video) and an uncommitted 2018 catcher.
