THE FIVE: Uncommitted 2019 Outfielders - N. California

Blaine Clemmens
Northern California Director of Scouting

Outfielders can slip through the cracks in the recruiting process for a variety of reasons. Many outfielders at the college and pro level are former infielders who moved off the dirt for one reason or another. However, let's not lose sight of those outfielders who play there in high school and have been trained in the nuances of playing the position.

Often times players with the widest range of projectable tools reside in the outfield where speed and arm strength often show up in exciting ways.

Please take a look at these five outfielders we feel will have an opportunity to play baseball at the collegiate level; Ronnie Belton, Tucker Tollman, Griffith Fenn, Mason King, Andru Holguin.
