VENTURA, CALIF. - The Uncommitted Spotlight Series returns as we are in full swing with 2025 CIF High School baseball for the spring. With that in mind Prep Baseball California continues highlighting some of the top uncommitted class of '26 athletes for college programs to be following throughout the remainder of the spring schedule and into the summer. The player featured today is one of the top players in the state of California and figures prominently in our Class of 2026 Rankings.
We invite you to get to know them through the eyes of our Prep Baseball California staff of scouts both through our in person looks at players and/or the data-backed numbers collected at our events with our partnered companies. TrackMan, Blast Motion, and VALD Performance provide comparable data to project and evaluate players. All of these systems come together to give a clear picture at what colleges will get when a players steps onto their campus.
Today, we put the spotlight on the #31 ranked player in the 2026 class in SoCal '26 INF Noah Everly from St. John Bosco High School in Bellflower, Calif.. The Los Angeles area based RH hitter is amongst the top players in the state and is amongst the top uncommitted players still on the board for the 2026 class. Everly has been a consistent performer for the St. John Bosco program playing in the top High School league in the country the Trinity League. As a Soph. in 2024 Everly finished with the second highest average on the Braves team at .309 in 23 games over 76 plate appearances and 68 official at bats. He collected three doubles on the spring while driving in 12 runs with nine runs scored while also posting an OPS of .735 facing off against high level arms all spring while helping St. John Bosco to a CIF-SS Division 3 runner-up finish. So far to start his JR. season in 2025 Everly has played nine games with 24 plate appearances and 20 official at bats posting a .300/.375/.450 slash line with a double and a triple to his credit while driving in four runs and scoring three runs. With plenty of season left to continue trending those stats upward, but showing consistency in his performance levels against high level competition.
In addition to the solid stat lines he has posted Everly has consistently performed well in live looks from various members of our staff, but specifically for me on two separate looks has shown his high profile offensive ability. During summer of 2024 Everly launched a blast to the pull-side during the West Coast Program Invite showing the impact in his bat while playing sound defense on the left side of the INF dirt. Then again I saw him over the 2025 MLK Weekend at the UCSB Team Camp in two games vs. Dos Pueblos and San Marcos where he collected multiple hits with pull-side impact for another extra base hit. Everly profiles as a bat first impact potential RH hitter who has a sound understanding of how to hit, but is starting to show more feel to get to the raw power in his profile. The swing itself is a little unorthodox, but he uses his hips well with an uphill path that shows loft in the contact quality, but still produces hard contact even when not in the air.
Everly attended the 2023 Preseason All State Underclass as a Rising Fr. at St. John Bosco and the numbers he put up at a younger age will catch your eyes and have no doubt risen with the maturity to his frame over the two years post-event and better understanding of how to use his body as a baseball player. In that event Everly showcased an uphill RH swing with quality present metrics at that time including 20.6 MPH hand speed, 66.7 MPH bat speed, and 11.3 Gs of rotational acceleration. His Trackman batted ball data was solid including a top end exit velocity of 86.3 MPH while producing a 44% sweet spot rate. In addition, Everly showcased a solid arm at the time of 84 MPH across the INF.
With a solid resume of performance against high level competition for Everly and a profile that is still continuing to emerge and develop the RH hitter out of St. John Bosco is one that college programs should be paying close attention to for their 2026 recruting classes.

Scouting Report
One of the better uncommitted players in SoCal, Everly has a presence about him on the field and in the box that immediately catches your attention. After watching Everly for the last couple of years, the first thing that immediately stood out was his improved discipline in the box. Whereas before he would aggressively try to do damage oftentimes at his own detriment, he’s far more selective now and sticking to his gap-to-gap approach resulting in far more quality at-bats even when he doesn’t collect a hit. There’s obvious power both in the frame and the swing, and he appears to be getting to it much easier now with the new approach. Spoiled several pitches during his multiple at-bats, one of them resulting in an RBI hit to RCF. Also drew a walk where he saw nine pitches. Strong first game for Everly.
