Headed over to Broward College for my first spring action of the season. The matchup featured Stoneman Douglas, #2 ranked team on our Top 25 Power Rankings, versus J.P. Taravella. This rivalry did not disappoint. Taravella ended up knocking off Douglas 4-3 in a thrilling game. Both teams featured talent all over the field. Here's some of the standouts from the game.

2022 C Santiago Ordonez

In a game with only nine total hits, Ordonez added 2 of his own, including a RBI double and RBI single. He starts in a tall open stance with a controlled load and uses a big leg kick to generate pop. Defensively, he played a clean game, throwing out one runner. The FSU commit continues to show why he's one of the top catching prospects in the state.
