With the recent release of the updated Class of 2019 Overall Rankings, today we take a look at five players from the state of Florida who saw their stock rise after an impressive fall season. Below are full breakdowns on each riser:

Hunter Barco LHP / OF / Bolles, FL / 2019 Rankings  StateRank: 3 / POS: 1 OverallRank: 1 / POS: 1 Not only moving up to the No.1 spot from No. 6 in the Florida Class of 2019 Rankings, the Virginia recruit just moved into the No. 1 Overall spot in the recently Updated Class of 2019 Overall Rankings. Barco throws out of a long 3/4 slot with slinger-like arm action and effortlessly fills up the strike zone with 91-94 mph fastballs, all with arm-side run. The fact that he can command such movement, seemingly putting it where he wants, is extremely rare at his age. Now mix in an 82-85 mph sweeping slider with sharp, late bite and a mid-80s changeup with fading action - all coming out of the same window and arm action - and hitters have little chance for success.

Josiah Miller SS / 3B / Lincoln, FL / 2019 Rankings  StateRank: 14 / POS: 4 OverallRank: 43 / POS: 9 Making a jump from No. 49 to No. 43 is the switch hitting middle infielder who is extremely physical and a ton of tools. The Florida State recruit continues to get bigger and stronger and has started to put the tools together from both sides of the plate. He has become consistently shorter through the zone and finds the barrel on a regular basis. There is power potential from both sides of the plate and he has a very high ceiling. Defensively, he shows extremely well at third and the bat is coming along to stick on the corner.

Matt Allan RHP / 3B / Seminole, FL / 2019 Rankings  StateRank: 15 / POS: 3 OverallRank: 44 / POS: 19 Moving up from No. 52 to No. 44 is the Florida recruit who stands at 6-foot-3, 210 pounds with a strong, wide-shouldered frame and good lower half. Simple, repeatable delivery. His fastball works at 92-94 mph along with a curveball that shows sharp breaking action with depth at 78-79 mph and a mid-80s change up.

Kendall Williams RHP / 3B / IMG Academy, FL / 2019 Rankings  StateRank: 17 / POS: 5 OverallRank: 45 / POS: 20 After a strong fall, the Vanderbilt recruit makes a move from the No. 71 to the No. 45 spot. He showcases a quick, strong right arm that allows him to run his fastball up to 93 mph and sit 90-92. The tall, 6-foot-6, 185-pound right-hander releases out of a near over the top slot while creating a downward plane. His fastball features some sink at times. Williams also mixes in a 74-75 mph curveball with tight spin and 11/5 shape.

Tyler Owens RHP / 2B / North Marion, FL / 2019 Rankings  StateRank: 16 / POS: 4 OverallRank: 74 / POS: 33 Making the biggest jump in the Overall Rankings from No. 215 to No. 74 is the Florida State recruit who stands at 5-foot-10, 180 pounds with a strong, solid build. There is some length in the back of his delivery, but he shows an extremely quick arm and has a lot late life on his fastball working mostly at 90-92 mph, touching 95 at times. He also shows the ability to really spin the breaking ball in the mid 70s.
